Email whdcjf8172@gmail.com with ‘Wordbook’ in the subject, the app version, device model, Android version and a description. Remove personal details from screenshots and send only relevant information. Do not send passwords, keystores or a full backup file.
Adding examples
Open a word's details, choose Edit word, then Add example. You can add multiple sentences and an optional translation below each. Save the word. Examples and notes each use the full right panel width; scroll that panel vertically to read more.
Pronunciation
Check the book's pronunciation language and voices installed on your device. You may need to download an offline voice through Android text-to-speech settings. Speech plays only when you press its button.
Backup, restore and deletion
Use Settings → Backup to save a full JSON backup or CSV/TSV. New JSON backups containing multiple examples require an app version that supports them. Permanently delete removed words and books from Trash. To clear all local data, use Android Settings → Apps → Wordbook → Storage → Clear data; names may differ by device. There is no server account to delete. Exported files and support email are separate. Contact the email above for deletion of support correspondence.
